Prepare in three easy steps.

Upon agreement with one of our supporters, Remote Support can be activated.

  • Download Team Viewer Client.
  • Tell the auto-generated ID and Password to the Supporter.
  • Start the Team Viewer Client.

The supported operating systems are; OS/400, i5/OS and IBM i.
